Ectomorph Workout

Focused completely on the specific workouts that are required for an ectomorph. This means focusing on basic powerlifting compound movements; barbell squat, deadlift and chest press. With an emphasis on HIT the workout is not recommened for those who struggle with carrying weight but for an ectomorph can help all over ditribution of muscle mass.
