normalize the pressure

Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are the readings to measure blood pressure or BP. BP is the amount of pressure exerted by the blood on the vessels in which it travels around the body. The walls of the vessels experience a certain pressure while arterial blood is flowing inside them for the purpose of circulation in the body. As the heart continues to pump blood, the difference in the mean pressure allows it to move from one part of the body to another, via arteries and veins. The major artery, called the brachial artery, in the upper arm is usually checked for pressure readings and those readings are then recorded in the unit “millimeters of mercury” (mmHg). The cardiac cycle begins with one heartbeat and is completed as soon as the heart beats again, which means the cycle is very short and quick.
